Secrets of Elegance

Secrets of Elegance

Elegance is the attribute of being unusually effective and simple. It is frequently used as a standard of tastefulness. This is how elegance is described, yet most people could add more, because it is an abstract thing. Why some people, although they do look tasteful, do not look elegant? It is not as hard to achieve as it may seem. You just need to know some secrets of elegance.

Although clothing is not the main detail when talking about elegance, it still is an important part in creating your style. As mentioned before, elegance is simplicity, so all your clothes should be simple as well. No big flowers on dresses, no numerous zips or other easily noticeable details. You shouldn't wear bright-colored clothes. Light and dark tones should be soft. It's very comfortable, for such tones usually are easily matched with each other.

Having appropriate clothes is not enough. Too small or too large clothes will surely ruin all your efforts. Moreover, you must always wear clean clothes, freshly pressed with no threads, rips, stains or fading.

While talking about appearance don't forget that your hair, nails and shoes must look perfect too. If you were walking a whole day and have a meeting at the end, simple go to the toilet and wash it. You can always carry the most important means with yourself. Hair spray and a file on hand won't take much space. You always have to look clean, hygienic and tidy.

Don't use too much or too bright a makeup. All you need is mascara, lipstick and a bit of blush. If you are applying evening makeup you may also use eye shadow, just don't make too much of it and match it carefully with your clothing and accessory.

It may seem odd for some women or men but your speech is also very important. There is no point in looking elegant if the mirage disappears as soon as you start talking. Don't use slang, speak eloquently. If you feel a need - start learning English once again, until you'll speak properly without any slang.

You should also learn to control your temper. Elegant woman won't ever start shouting in a parking plot or even at home. It doesn't mean you can't show your emotions, just don't get hysteric. It won't just create an image of elegant woman, but will also help you in your relationship with other people.

One of the most important features of elegance is grace. You have to walk straight with your head up high; you have to sit straight with your head up high and legs crossed. Practice walking with high heeled shoes in small steps and even if you are wearing low heeled ones - walk in small steps. Choose foot wear carefully, for some shoes "makes" you walk in large steps (for instance military boots). And don't forget that foot wear is also an important part of your style, so rules are the same as with clothing.

Mind your manners. You have to know how to behave while talking with newly met people, how to eat in a fancy restaurant and things like that. Although you may think you already know everything you need to know, there are many book written on manners and it is highly recommended to read at least a few of them. You'll s...

Lady Gaga who is famous for her eccentric hair stylesmag-glass_10x10.gif, including a huge bow created from hair, has unmasked a new design for her latest video. According to London's Daily Mail the famous blonde has had her hair sculpted to look like a giant telephone received positioned on top of her head. Why? She has a forthcoming video called "Telephone."

The gigantic hair telephone was created out of yellow hair extensions. Adding to the drama of the yellow telephone hairpiece Gaga, who plays a waitress in a diner, adds a gigantic plastic chef's hat. Juicy Couture Clothes Images

Juicy Couture is has become a full line of casual apparel and is based in the West Coast of California. Juicy was originally founded by Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy, but is now owned by the popular Liz Claiborne fashion company. Juicy became more well known as famous people were spotted around the world wearing their popular terry and velour track suits which say "Juicy" across the back of the pants. When Gela Nash and Pamela Skaist Levy first founded a company it specialized in maternity wear and was called Travis Jeans. This company had an amazing and successful line of incredibly comfortable maternity jeans that were stylish as well. Travis Jeans eventually evolved in to Juicy Couture which started out as a very unknown brand of high priced shirts.

When Juicy first hit the scene they focused on delivering the most fashionable, comfortable line of women's sweat suits and sports wear. Juicy Couture was so popular on the West Coast that they eventually expanded their line to extend a full line of women's apparel.
Juicy Couture is launching a line of yoga apparel called Down Dog Couture.the line will hit stores in time for the holidays. It will include "nylon camisoles, zip-up fleece jackets and fold-over waist pants in a range of styles." The clothing contains the Down Dog Couture logo and sayings like "Life is Juicy" and "Breathe/Relax." Prices for the collection range from $20 to $40.
“Italy in many ways is the epicenter of fashion and the European country that initially best responded to our product,” said Juicy Couture co-founder Gela Nash-Taylor. “We were so excited when we found out that we had a space on Via della Spiga, my favorite street in Milan, that I couldn’t stop jumping up and down.
The more popular the name became, the more they expanded their products. It was in 2002 that Juicy decided to offer their collections for both the men and children in your family. Juicy also offers different accessories and clothing for your dog including dog carriers, dog beds, leashes, toys, tags, collars, and different types of clothing.
Juicy's Clothing line is so popular that they even have their own Barbie doll which are of course wearing miniature Juicy Couture outfits and Juicy Couture Clothing Barbiecarry their own juicy logo shopping bags. When you have a Barbie doll adorning
Juicy Couture, the stereotypical babeswear brand from The Golden State, expands into Europe with a 3,000 square-foot store in Milan.
“When Pam and I first came to Milan, we were mesmerized by the elegance of the women dressed in dark colors and with perfect accessories, but we think we can definitely put Juicy Couture on the map with its combination of L.A. glamour, universal fit and casual luxury,” said Nash-Taylor.

Whether Milan is ready to be babe-ified only time will tell.

Hairstyles to Suit a Long Face

Hairstyles to Suit a Long Face-3However, your face shape does not have to remain visually permanent. In fact, with the right choice of hairstyle, the oblong or long face can appear fabulous and sensual. In fact, the long face is the perfect canvass to create a classic feminine look. But what hairstyles will suit a long face?

Hairstyles to Suit a Long Face-2Do you really have a long face?

First, a woman must solidly verify that she has indeed an oblong face. It would be a pity to wear hairstyles suited for long faces when the face shape is actually an oval or a diamond. To determine your face shape, look for a photograph of yourself that shows the front of your face directly. Pictures that show your face at an angle will not work. It is important to have the whole face exposed in the photo.

Hairstyles to Suit a Long Face-1 Take a tape measure and measure the distance between the hairline and the tip of the chin. This is the length of your face. Then, measure the distance between the edges of the sides of the face. This should be done across the cheeks. This distance is the width of the face. And finally, the length is divided by the width. If the calculation result is higher than 1.5, then your face absolutely has a long face shape.

What are your best features?

Second, you should determine which part of your face is your best feature. Is it the sultry eyes? Is it the pouting well-shaped lips? Is it the proud little nose? Is it the flawless skin? Identifying the best feature on the face is important because this feature must be highlighted or flaunted. Next to the long face shape, this is another consideration that a woman must take when choosing suitable hairstyles. For example, a chic bob will highlight the lips. Wispy bangs will bring attention to the eyes.

Third, you should make a list of styles that you must avoid. These hairstyles will usually make the face appear longer. Some of the hairstyles to avoid are those that are too short and too long. The length of the hairstyle should not appear like an army cut. Think how Kristian Alfonso would look like if she chooses to wear a skull-capping haircut. It would be disastrous because she has a long face. But the length of the hairstyle should not go beyond the bust line. Sarah Jessica Parker tried growing her hair at that length and the result was horrendous. She quickly rectified that mistake by shortening the length of her hair.

A loyal fan may disagree with this observation and may believe that Sarah Jessica Parker can do no wrong when it comes to hairstyles. But if two pictures of her are placed side by side, one with hair extensions going beyond the bust line and the other with the hair length just brushing the shoulders, it is easy to realize that the latter hairstyle looks significantly more attractive than the former.

And fourth, the woman with a long face shape must decide the kind of jazz that she needs for her hairstyle. If the hair is straight, it needs layered cuts to add volume. If the hair is curly, it needs styling and taming to bring out the best features of the face. It would be great for the curls to frame her face, especially around the jaw line. This will provide the illusion that the face shape is shorter. If bangs are chosen, these can be wispy, side-swept, or blunt. And if no bangs are wanted, the hair should be blown smoothly to add width.

emo wallpaper
For the emo enthusiast who works a white collar job and does not have the luxury of dressing as he or she pleases at the workplace, it can be hard finding ways of expressing your love for emo music and culture without breaking office rules. One of the ways that I express my emo proclivities and keep emo close to me is by having emo wallpaper grace my desktop.

Not only is my wallpaper a constant reminder of how devoted I am to emo, but I can change it whenever I want. This allows me to put a picture of the members of my favorite new band right in front of me, all day, for as long as I want
